These Terms of Service (hereinafter the “ToS”) govern the use of the <strong>Snap2Cal</strong> application and associated website.

1. Purpose

Snap2Cal lets users transform a photo (flyer, poster, story, etc.) into a calendar event (.ics) and add it to their personal agenda.

2. Acceptance

By using the app, you acknowledge having read and accepted these ToS without reservation.

3. Services

• Free use with daily quotas and advertising display.
• Premium option (one-time purchase) to remove ads and unlock unlimited use.
• Compatibility with major calendars (Google, Apple, Outlook).

4. User responsibilities

• Do not use the app for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Verify extracted information before adding an event to your calendar.
• Respect copyright and applicable laws regarding imported content.

5. Snap2Cal responsibilities

We use reasonable efforts to provide a reliable service. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of extracted information. We are not liable for conversion errors, temporary unavailability, or loss of data related to the use of the app.

6. Payment and Premium

The Premium option is offered at the price shown in the app (one-time purchase). Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, Apple, Google). Snap2Cal does not store banking data.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its content and brand are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Snap2Cal. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

8. Personal data

Use of the app is subject to our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to the ToS

We reserve the right to modify these ToS at any time. Users will be informed via the app or the website.

10. Governing law

These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the publisher’s jurisdiction.
