This Privacy Policy explains how Snap2Cal collects, uses and protects your information when using the mobile app and the website.

1. Data we collect

Snap2Cal does not require an account and does not collect personally identifiable information during free use. Only the following data may be processed:

• Anonymous device identifier (deviceId) to manage the free quota.
• Uploaded images (flyers, stories, posters) processed in memory only to extract event information, then immediately deleted.
• Payment data for Premium purchases, processed securely by our providers (Stripe, Apple, Google). Snap2Cal never has access to your card numbers.

2. Purposes

• Provide the image-to-calendar conversion feature.
• Apply free and premium quotas.
• Improve the service via anonymized statistics.
• Ensure secure payment processing.

3. Data sharing

Your data is never sold. It may be shared only with strictly necessary technical providers:

• Hosting: Vercel (website), event storage (Supabase/S3/R2).
• Payments: Stripe, Apple, Google.
• Analytics: Plausible or equivalent, aggregated and anonymized.

4. Retention

Uploaded images are processed only for extraction and deleted immediately. Generated .ics files are kept only to allow sharing and can be deleted upon request.

6. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data (TLS encryption, immediate deletion of images, restricted server access).
